Data Protection     posted 06/03/2018
New EU regulations in relation to General Data Protection (GDPR) are coming into effect from 25th May 2018, and will affect all parishes and churches.  The main change to each individual will be that in order to receive correspondence or communications from our church you will have to grant us permission to contact you, a type of 'opt-in' system.  Over the next few weeks all aprishioners will receive correspondence from us detailing the new regulations including a Consent Form, which will allow us to keep everyone updated.  It is our hope that all parishioners will complete and return the said form, though if we do not receive it back, we will not be permitted to make contact in the future.  Please be aware this is important to us as a parish and we trust you will give this your utmost attention.  We thank you in advance of your co-operation and understanding.

Rev John R L Bowley     posted 07/01/2018
As we welcome in the new year, we also extend a very warm and cordial welcome to Rev John Bowley to our Parochial Group.
Rev Bowley is no stranger to Bessbrook, having helped out with weekly services during our recent vacancy.
Rev Bowley is the past rector of Ballywalter Parish in Co. Down and will be a tremendous support for the Rev Synnott and Jill Hunter
in the provision of ministry within our Parish Grouping.
With the addition of Rev Bowley to the clergy rota, our usual rotation of services will resume to their traditional pattern.
We look forward to welcoming Rev Bowley to our church later this month and trust you will all benefit from his ministry.
